Learn to cook with our hands-on courses for adults
Sometimes the difference between an edible meal and a culinary delight is just a bit of confidence. And even the most novice cook can learn the skills to make them experts in the kitchen.
During a typical cookery course, you learn, through a mix of demonstration and practical experience, how to prepare and cook a range of dishes covering a variety of ingredients, cooking methods, and preparation skills; learn how to adapt recipes for nutritional content and based on ingredients available. Time, budget and special dietary requirements are also considered.
You'll leave an eight or ten week cookery course with knowledge and skills to cook for yourself, a busy family, or a large group of friends.
